Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Natural Lites Candles is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping option selected by customer, and shipping destination (zip code). Items are usually shipped within 24 business hours of purchase unless item is out-of-stock or if your purchase occurred on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, or during a holiday or busy season. If purchased Friday, Saturday or Sunday, items are normally shipped on the following Monday, unless out-of-stock or during a holiday or busy season. Receipt of item will be based on customer's shipping option selection. The shipping option chosen by the customer will show estimated transit time. This estimated transit time is from time of shipping, not from time of purchase. If you are in need of an item for a specific date, contact Natural Lites to discuss which shipping option will suit your needs best.
Return Policies
Natural Lites Candles is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on exchanging your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Item must be in same condition as received and unused
- Shipping is non-refundable
- A 20% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
- Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $14.99
